Professional Shower Tray Refinishing for a Flawless Bathroom Surface

Exceptional Benefits of Professional Shower Tray Repair

    Seamless Surface Restoration

Our precision repair methods effectively eliminate chips, cracks, and imperfections, restoring your shower tray’s surface to a smooth, hygienic, and flawless condition—delivering results that look brand new without visible repair marks.

Refinishing your shower tray strengthens its core material, extending its lifespan significantly. This process prevents future wear, damage, or corrosion, allowing your tray to remain functional and durable for many more years without full replacement.

A damaged or discoloured tray can ruin your bathroom’s appearance. We restore the original look with a uniform, glossy finish, renewing the visual appeal and freshness of your bathroom without needing costly renovations.

Shower tray repair provides a smart, affordable alternative to replacement. It reduces labour, installation time, and material waste—delivering professional-quality results at a fraction of the cost, with no need for disruptive structural changes.

Our sustainable repair process helps reduce landfill waste by restoring rather than replacing trays. It supports eco-friendly living, conserves resources, and minimizes environmental impact while still achieving high-quality, long-lasting surface restoration.

Most repairs are completed the same day with minimal disruption. Our efficient techniques and quick curing materials ensure your shower tray is back in use swiftly, making it an ideal solution for busy households or rental properties.

When and Why You May Need Our Services

    Visible Cracks or Chips

If your shower tray has developed surface fractures or edge chips, it’s time to act. Prompt repair prevents further deterioration and potential water damage to underlying structures.

Yellowed or stained trays can indicate worn enamel or cleaning chemical damage. Our refinishing restores brightness and ensures uniform tone and finish.

Water pooling or unexplained moisture near the base may signal cracks or weakened areas. Professional assessment and repair can stop further damage and restore waterproof integrity.

A worn or uneven tray surface can be hazardous. If your tray lacks grip or has dips, anti-slip application and re-levelling can significantly improve safety and comfort.

Instead of replacing your shower tray during a bathroom upgrade, consider professional refinishing for a like-new appearance, saving you cost and installation time.

Specialised Shower Tray Repair Services We Provide

    Crack and Chip Repair

We expertly treat minor and major surface damage, using high-grade filler and glaze to repair cracks, dents, and chips—blending seamlessly with the rest of the surface.

Bring back the original gloss and colour of your shower tray with our professional enamelling service, which restores brilliance and reinforces the existing surface.

Our multilayer recoating solutions strengthen the tray’s surface, improving resistance against moisture, cleaning agents, and daily usage damage.

For enhanced safety, we apply a transparent or coloured anti-slip layer, helping reduce the risk of accidents without compromising appearance.

We provide accurate colour-matching techniques to blend repairs perfectly, ensuring continuity of design and flawless surface integration with your existing setup.

Before any work, we thoroughly clean and prepare the shower tray to ensure optimal adhesion and long-lasting repair results.

Aftercare for Shower Tray Repair Services

Proper aftercare ensures the longevity of your refinished tray. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or acidic chemicals. Allow the coating to cure fully (typically 24 hours) before use. Use mild detergents and soft cloths for cleaning. We recommend avoiding standing water for long periods and inspecting seals regularly for wear.

Common Shower Tray Issues We Repair

    • Hairline or deep cracks across the tray surface
    • Worn-out enamel coating exposing substrate
    • Leaking trays causing dampness or ceiling stains below
    • Faded or yellowed trays due to age and product use
    • Surface scratches and scuffs from years of wear
    • Weak or noisy areas indicating under-tray voids or delamination

Preserve Your Bathroom with Expert Maintenance

Why Professional Enamel Repair Outperforms DIY Fix

DIY enamel kits often fail to deliver durability and a professional look. Our specialist materials, equipment, and experience ensure that repairs are invisible and long-lasting, with no mismatched colour patches or peeling coatings over time.

Regular maintenance, along with professional repairs, helps prevent costly replacements. A repaired tray that’s cleaned with suitable products and resealed as needed will maintain its integrity and appearance far longer.

We use industry-leading tools, advanced coating systems, and proven repair methods, tailored specifically for ceramic and acrylic shower trays. This ensures long-term adhesion, consistent colour restoration, and durable results unmatched by generic solutions.

    Our Repair Process

    Initial Assessment

A thorough inspection identifies surface damage, hidden cracks, and material wear to create a tailored restoration plan.

We remove all dirt, soap residue, and sealants before sanding the area to enable maximum bonding.

High-quality filler is applied to all imperfections, ensuring a smooth and even foundation.

We match the existing tray colour and apply the coating to blend seamlessly.

Multiple protective enamel layers are sprayed on and cured for a glossy, durable finish.

The tray is left to dry and harden completely before we buff and polish the surface for a final pristine look.

How Our Service Delivers Better Results Than Quick Fixes

    Superior Durability Over DIY Patching

Unlike standard patch kits, our repair uses industrial-grade compounds and finishes that resist daily wear, cleaning chemicals, and water pressure.

Replacing a shower tray involves tile removal and plumbing rework. Our repair restores function and appearance without invasive procedures or construction mess.

We seal every repair to ensure a watertight, moisture-resistant surface, eliminating future leaks and structural risks common with quick fixes.

Our solutions are specifically matched to your tray’s material (ceramic, acrylic, or resin), unlike generic alternatives that may fail prematurely.

With advanced colour matching and professional coating tools, we restore the tray to a like-new visual standard, outperforming one-shade DIY kits.
