How We Help You and Signs You Need Repair
Noticeable Chips or Cracks on the Tray Surface
Visible cracks or chipped corners are early signs of structural fatigue. Our service prevents leaks and further damage by restoring surface integrity before the issue worsens.
Yellowing or Staining That Cleaning Can't Remove
When surface stains persist despite cleaning, it means the enamel is worn. We renew the finish with professional re-enamelling that restores the original sheen and colour.
Water Leakage or Hairline Fractures
Leaks from the tray or fine fractures are symptoms of compromised water resistance. We seal and strengthen affected areas to maintain water-tight performance.
Tray Feels Uneven or Weakened
If the base feels unstable or spongy, underlying damage may be present. Our repair techniques reinforce the foundation without needing a full replacement.
Why Our Service Outperforms Other Solutions
No Need for Removal or Reinstallation
Unlike full replacements, our repair method keeps your tray in place, avoiding plumbing or tiling work—making it simpler, quicker, and hassle-free.
Custom Finish with Perfect Colour Matching
We use advanced tinting systems to ensure the repair blends seamlessly with your existing shower tray, providing a professional look unmatched by DIY or patch solutions.
Long-Term Durability with Specialist Coatings
Our repair coatings are heat and moisture-resistant, delivering superior longevity and performance compared to temporary fixes or off-the-shelf products.
Preserves Surrounding Fixtures and Tiles
Since our method requires no tray removal, your surrounding tiles and fittings stay intact—preserving the aesthetics of your entire bathroom.
Our Process for Seamless and Efficient Repair
Inspection & Damage Assessment
Our technician conducts a detailed inspection of your shower tray, identifying cracks, chips, and surface wear. This assessment allows us to determine the right repair approach and ensures no underlying issues are overlooked during the restoration process.
Surface Preparation
We begin by thoroughly cleaning and degreasing the tray to remove any dirt, soap residue, or oils. The surface is then sanded and prepared to allow optimal adhesion for the repair compounds and finishing materials that follow.
Filling & Structuring
Cracks, chips, or holes are carefully filled using a high-performance repair compound. Once applied, the area is reinforced, levelled, and smoothed to restore the tray’s structural integrity and prepare it for finishing without visible blemishes.
Precision Colour Matching
Using advanced tinting methods, we create a custom-mixed shade that precisely matches your existing shower tray. This ensures that the repaired area blends seamlessly with the surrounding surface, maintaining a uniform and professional appearance.
Topcoat Application & Curing
A tough, water-resistant topcoat—enamel or resin—is sprayed or brushed onto the repaired area. It’s then left to cure, forming a protective seal that enhances durability, prevents future wear, and restores the shower tray’s smooth finish.
Final Polish & Quality Check
Once cured, we inspect the surface to confirm the repair meets our high standards. The area is polished to achieve a consistent sheen, ensuring the tray looks flawless, functions properly, and is ready for long-term use.
